Our Process

We follow streamlined process in the production process of our comprehensive range of products. Our process includes the following:

Extrusion stage: This stage meant for enhancing the look of raw material. For this we use single and multi-layer film on extruders to laminate as per customer requirements. This enables to fabricate superior quality of color combinations.

Rotogravure Printing Stage: We have rotogravure printing facility that is one of the essential prerequisite for food and pharmaceutical industries. This helps us in multi color printing.

Ink Dispensing System: It helps in printing of exact colors that reflect the corporate identity. We also have separate dispensing systems for rotogravure printing machine.

Dry Wet Lamination: in the lamination stage we combine different layers of films and paper to obtain desired results. We follow latest techniques as per the end-usage of the film.

Slitting & Cutting: In this final stage we provide the desired stage to the range by active cooperation of human efforts.
